We are seeking a qualified Account Manager to join the self-service team! This is a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our proprietary Cadent platform. As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for our clients, guiding them from their initial evaluation of the platform to a long-term, successful partnership. As the main liaison between the client and the business, you will also work to coordinate internal stakeholders across the Finance, Operations, Partnerships, Product, and Sales teams to service clients. You will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing self-service clients, serving as the primary point of contact for both high-level strategic partnership and day-to-day campaign support. 

  • Strategic Consultation: Advise clients on platform capabilities and best practices for campaign setup, including targeting strategies and pixel implementation, to ensure successful outcomes and high user satisfaction. 

  • Growth and Upselling: Collaborate with the Sales team on business reviews to identify opportunities for growth. Proactively recommend and execute upsell strategies when our offerings align with client needs. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central liaison between the client and internal teams. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Partnerships, Product, and Sales to ensure client deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner. 

  • Operational Excellence: Manage key operational tasks such as client billing, coordinating client interactions, and other support needs to ensure a seamless client experience. 

  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor Associate Account Managers, providing them with exposure to daily tasks and client management. 

  • Industry Expertise: Stay current with the latest developments in digital media, programmatic advertising, and adtech to provide informed recommendations to clients. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree – relevant degrees in advertising, marketing or communications a plus 

  • 1-2 years in digital programmatic; digital adtech account management, media planning or buying, or client services 

  • Results-driven professional with a keen eye for identifying and pursuing new opportunities. 

  • Independent, confident, and enthusiastic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for building lasting client relationships. 

  • Bonus if you have experience in a DSP or familiarity with Salesforce and JIRA

The salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications as well as other business and organizational needs.

Pay Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
