As a Senior Account Manager at Cadent, you own the post-sale lifecycle, serving as the primary contact and partner for our clients. Your goal will be to drive excellent results through expert campaign management, relationship building, and a focus on both retention and incremental growth. Beyond client relations, you act as a cross-functional bridge within Cadent’s internal teams and partner ecosystem, while providing mentorship to junior staff. In this Senior role, you will oversee high-scale campaigns and navigate operational challenges for our most significant client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain cross-channel, programmatic advertising campaigns (i.e. display, video, rich media, CTV) in partnership with clients and internal teams to help clients connect with their customers/users
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Cadent’s largest and most complex clients, ensuring their unique business goals are met.
  • Assist in mentoring more junior team members and provide insight on day-to-day deliverables
  • Synchronize with internal teams, Directors, and Sales Managers to ensure all deliverables are met with precision and punctuality.
  • Prepare and present sophisticated reporting decks that translate complex data into actionable insights for client stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand client partnerships by aligning new product offerings with their evolving performance data.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the digital media landscape and emerging industry technologies to keep Cadent at the forefront of the market.

 

Qualifications

  • College diploma, with relevant degrees in marketing or communications a plus
  • 2-4 years in digital media, technology, or client services
  • Results and goal oriented
  • Independent, confident, and enthusiastic
  • Possess great initiative and proactively identifies new opportunities
  • Customer service oriented
  • Prior account management experience at an ad tech company a must
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and JIRA – Atlassian are not required but preferred

The salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications as well as other business and organizational needs.

Pay Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
