As a Yield Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client-facing advertising operations, responsible for the strategic execution and performance of programmatic campaigns. This role combines deep analytical expertise with proactive client engagement. You will work directly with clients to discuss campaign performance, provide insights, and ensure optimal delivery, acting as a trusted partner and an extension of their team. Your primary goal is to maximize campaign success, client satisfaction, and revenue growth through strategic optimization and expert consultation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign performance, delivery, and optimization strategies.
  • Lead client communications, including regular calls and meetings, to discuss performance metrics, share actionable insights, and align on campaign goals.
  • Combine data analysis and client feedback to execute, manage, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns to meet and exceed client objectives.
  • Systematically identify and capitalize on opportunities to generate incremental revenue growth, increase margin, and improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams (Sales, Client Services) to drive campaign success.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance on a frequent basis, providing regular reports and proactive updates to clients.
  • Work closely with the Data Science team to gather trends and campaign-specific insights to enhance performance and inform optimization strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices for campaign management, performance optimization, and client reporting within the Self Service Plus team.
  • Proactively troubleshoot delivery and performance issues, providing clear solutions and strategic guidance to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the digital advertising industry (e.g., account management, client services, or trading).
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a yield management or trading capacity.
  • Familiarity with various ad verification and measurement partners.
  • Experience mentoring or training junior team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

The salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications as well as other business and organizational needs.

Pay Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
