As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Agile Operations Intern to join our Product Operations team for Spring 2026. The Intern will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working directly with our teams, not for them.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with AMO leadership to learn day-to-day execution of SAFe teams and trains
  • Support PI Planning preparation and execution (agendas, logistics, artifacts, follow-ups)
  • Assist with AMO metrics and reporting (delivery, predictability, team health)
  • Help maintain and improve AMO knowledge repositories (Confluence, templates, standards)
  • Shadow team ceremonies (planning, reviews, retros, syncs) to build scaled-agile fluency

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Able to commit to a part-time (20 hours per week) work schedule between March 2, 2026 – May 8, 2026.

Pay Range

USD $20.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
