We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual who is hungry to build a career in the ad tech industry. This role is a foundational opportunity to join our Health client services team, designed for a self-starter who is passionate about learning the business from the ground up. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, thrives on taking initiative, and is eager to absorb the skills necessary to grow into a successful Account Manager. You will be a crucial support to the Health Client Services team, contributing to all phases of the campaign lifecycle while demonstrating a commitment to client excellence.

Responsibilities

Campaign & Client Support

  • Support Senior Account managers and Account Managers with tasks at all stages of the campaign lifecycle (pre-launch, live, and post-campaign).
  • Anticipate team needs and assist in meeting client deliverables in a timely and organized manner.

Detail-Oriented Quality Assurance & Operations

  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on campaigns, ensuring campaigns align with client agreements and expectations.
  • Implement and track campaign setup and changes using Salesforce and project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
  • Actively collaborate with internal departments (Ad Operations, Data Analytics, Sales), demonstrating a curiosity to understand internal workflows and ensure seamless campaign execution.

Insight-Driven Reporting & Analytics

  • Diligently assist in pulling campaign data and performance reports to support the Account Management team.
  • Show a desire to learn by aiding in the preparation of post-campaign presentations, seeking to understand how performance is analyzed and recommendations are formed.

Qualifications

  • An inherent curiosity and a strong hunger to learn and grow within a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a proven ability to take initiative and adapt.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A strong desire to build a career in a client-facing, ad tech account management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree; degrees in Marketing, Communications, or related field are a plus.
  • Relevant internship experience or experience in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with any of the following is a plus:

  • Programmatic advertising concepts (DSPs, CPM, CPA, etc.)
  • Digital advertising tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics, DCM, DoubleVerify, IAS)
  • Health/Pharma industry-specific tools (IQVIA, Crossix, Symphony)

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.
