We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Microsoft technology stack, with proven expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+ and Entity Framework (EF/EF Core). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices in coding, architecture, and software design.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications, APIs, and services using .NET Core/.NET Framework.
  • Implement and optimize data access layers with Entity Framework (EF/EF Core).
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and mentoring junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance and scalability issues.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmaps.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem and recommend improvements.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with the Microsoft stack.
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and Entity Framework/EF Core.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and relational database design.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical discussions.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Blazor).
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum environment.
