We are seeking a versatile and entrepreneurial Digital Media Seller to build and manage our relationships with the vibrant independent agency landscape. The ideal candidate will be a strategic hunter with a passion for helping agile, fast-growing agencies compete and win. You will be responsible for driving new business across a diverse portfolio of independent agencies, evangelizing Cadent’s full suite of solutions, and acting as a true partner to help them deliver innovative, data-driven campaigns for their clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including CTV, OTT, and programmatic advertising, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. 

Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory and agencies to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Cadent's footprint and revenue.

Client & Agency Relationships

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with agency principals, media directors, and planners, becoming an indispensable resource for their business.
  • Serve as a hands-on, high-touch partner, guiding agencies on how Cadent’s solutions can solve their media challenges and drive client success.

Product Evangelism

  • Master and effectively communicate the value proposition of Cadent’s full suite of media solutions, including our advanced TV and digital capabilities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that articulate Cadent’s unique differentiators in the market. 

Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and solutions leadership, to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and provide real-time client feedback. 
  • Manage your sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting on a weekly and quarterly basis. 

Qualifications

  • Be a creative thinker and hunter!
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong focus on selling advanced TV, CTV/OTT, and programmatic solutions.
  • Proven experience and established relationships with independent advertising agencies.
  • A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to break down complex solutions into digestible pitches.
  • Strong discovery and strategic-selling skills, with an ability to uncover client needs and pain points.
  • Deep knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and data-driven advertising. 
  • Exceptional team player, interested in working as part of a highly coordinated, focused organization.
  • Attention to delivering the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and results driven personality.

The salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications as well as other business and organizational needs.

Pay Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
