We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner with at least 2 years of recruiting experience to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting sales or go-to-market roles, preferably within the adtech industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s culture and opportunities to prospective candidates.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sales or go-to-market roles.
  • Experience in the adtech industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
