The HR Manager will provide critical operational and tactical support to the GTM and Operations organizations, enabling the VP of HR to focus on strategic priorities, drive business outcomes, and maintain high-quality service for employees and leaders. This role combines day-to-day HR delivery with strategic partnership opportunities, ensuring that HR programs and practices align with business goals, foster a strong and inclusive culture, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

Talent Lifecycle Management

  • Collaborate with leaders on career development discussions and track progression opportunities.
  • Partner with the business to ensure smooth internal mobility, promotions, and transparent advancement criteria.
  • Use lifecycle data to inform targeted interventions that improve the employee experience.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze insights, and partner with leaders to address retention risks and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally to refine lifecycle touchpoints for consistency and scalability.

Advisory Support & Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first-line HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and people practices.
  • Partner with managers on routine employee relations issues, escalating complex cases as appropriate.
  • Build scalable manager and employee resources (FAQs, toolkits, job aids) to drive efficiency, role clarity and capability.
  • Support investigations, documentation, and resolution of workplace matters in alignment with legal and company standards.

HR Program Execution & Culture Enablement

  • Design, coordinate and execute HR programs, including engagement surveys, succession planning, change management and reward and recognition initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management cycles, including goal-setting, feedback processes, and calibrations.
  • Design and deliver manager enablement workshops on topics such as coaching skills, feedback, and conflict resolution to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
  • Track program participation, completion, and outcomes to measure impact.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide reports and recommendations to leaders to guide decision-making.
  • Compliance & Process Improvement
  • Ensure all processes comply with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in high-growth or complex organizations.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, HR processes and systems.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to balance tactical delivery with strategic contributions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.
  • Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions.

Pay Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
