As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic leader within our Product Marketing team, with a primary focus on Solutions. You will take ownership of key initiatives to empower our sellers and customers with best-in-class solutions and messaging, translating complex product capabilities into compelling, market-ready narratives. This role demands a proactive approach to simplifying complexity, purposefully differentiating our offerings, and showcasing the true value and proven success of Cadent's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Vertical Playbook Creation: Lead the development of comprehensive playbooks tailored for different industry verticals, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure strategies and content are practical, effective, and align with market needs, thereby guiding effective solution implementation.
  • Lead Product Launch Marketing: Drive the product marketing efforts for new product rollouts, coordinating cross-functional teams (Inventory, Data, Creative, Product, Data) to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies and successful market integration.
  • Drive Competitive Intelligence: Drive Cadent's competitive intelligence initiatives, conducting in-depth analysis of the market landscape, defining actionable insights, and effectively disseminating competitive positioning and strategies across the organization.
  • Analyze Product Performance & Strategy: Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to request and build out strategic dashboards in Salesforce quantify product success, sell-through, and market adoption
  • Develop & Maintain Solutions Content & Messaging: Own the comprehensive development and ongoing maintenance of solutions-focused marketing and sales content and messaging, including value propositions, ensuring clarity and differentiation through data-driven narratives.
  • Cultivate Sales Feedback & Strategy: Establish mechanisms for continuous feedback from the sales team on solution effectiveness, messaging, and evolving market needs. Synthesize these insights and translate them into actionable product marketing strategies and improvements.
  • Define & Validate Target Audiences: Lead the strategic understanding and definition of our target markets and customer segments, validating hypotheses through research to ensure all messaging and solutions are highly relevant and impactful.
  • Leverage AI for Efficiency: Proactively identify and implement AI tools and technologies to streamline product marketing processes, enhance content creation, and improve overall team efficiency and output.
  • Deliver Compelling Presentations: Comfortably and effectively present complex information, strategies, and value propositions to sales teams and other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of progressive experience in product marketing, advertising, programmatic media, or related fields on the publisher, agency, or brand side, with demonstrated ownership of key initiatives.
  • Strong experience in video or CTV advertising is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives, manage projects, and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required, with familiarity in tools like ChatGPT or Agentspace being a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • A strategic, self-starter mentality, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of current digital advertising, industry ecosystem, and media trends, with a passion for innovation.

The posted compensation range reflects a base salary that may vary based on a candidate’s experience and location; those with more relevant experience or residing in higher-cost markets may be eligible for compensation at the upper end of the range.

Pay Range

USD $90,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
