Cadent is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Sales Enablement to lead the development and execution of enablement programs that empower our revenue-generating teams — including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success — to ramp faster, perform better, and exceed business objectives.
This leader will be responsible for building and scaling a world-class enablement function that aligns go-to-market strategy with execution. The ideal candidate is an expert in adtech sales environments, passionate about sales productivity, and capable of designing and delivering high-impact programs that drive measurable results.
Enablement Strategy:
Design and execute a holistic sales enablement strategy that supports the onboarding, ongoing development, and performance optimization of all revenue-generating roles.
Onboarding & Ramp:
Create scalable onboarding programs to ensure new hires ramp quickly and effectively, reducing time-to-productivity across Sales and Account Management teams.
Sales Playbooks & Content:
Develop and maintain sales playbooks, competitive intelligence, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and other collateral to support every stage of the buyer journey.
Training & Development:
Build a robust training curriculum that includes product knowledge, sales methodology, industry education, and skills development.
Collaboration & Alignment:
Partner closely with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging, alignment, and feedback loops.
Technology & Tools:
Own the strategy and governance for enablement tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, CMS, sales readiness platforms), ensuring adoption and impact.
Performance Metrics:
Define KPIs to measure enablement program effectiveness (e.g., ramp time, quota attainment, win rates) and report on outcomes regularly to executive leadership.
Leadership & Team Building:
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing Sales Enablement team to support rapid growth and innovation.

The posted compensation range reflects a base salary that may vary based on a candidate’s experience and location; those with more relevant experience or residing in higher-cost markets may be eligible for compensation at the upper end of the range.
