As a Product Marketing Sr. Associate, you will be an integral part of our Product Marketing team, with a core focus on Solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in empowering our sellers and customers with best-in-class solutions and messaging. You will simplify complexity, purposefully differentiate our offerings, and highlight true value by translating product capabilities into market-ready, solution-first narratives. You will act as a solution storyteller, customer translator and credibility builder, showcasing the real-world impact and proven success of Cadent's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Client Success Stories: Identify and develop compelling case studies that support our solutions, verticals, and various client outcomes.
  • Create Vertical-Specific Strategies & Insights: Analyze top-selling and trending products within verticals to develop comprehensive insights and sales playbooks that help solve for industry-specific challenges
  • Create Strategic Playbooks: Build comprehensive playbooks tailored for different industry verticals, guiding effective solution implementation.
  • Support New Product Launches: Collaborate closely with Inventory, Data, Creative, Product, and other cross-functional teams to support new product rollouts and ensure seamless market integration.
  • Drive Competitive Intelligence: Conduct competitive intelligence gathering and analysis to maintain Cadent's strategic advantage in the market.
  • Track Product Performance: Utilize Salesforce tracking to quantify product success and sell-through, including the creation of informative dashboards.
  • Produce Tentpole Event Materials: Develop marketing materials for key tentpole events and initiatives throughout the year.
  • Assist in Solutions Material Creation: Support the creation of a wide range of solutions-focused marketing and sales materials through thorough research, data gathering, and content development.
  • Gather Sales Feedback: Partner with the sales team to collect feedback on solution effectiveness, messaging, and market needs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Articulate Value Propositions: Present confidently to internal and external stakeholders, articulating product value propositions and market differentiators.
  • Define Target Audiences: Understand and define our target markets and customer segments to ensure messaging and solutions are highly relevant and impactful.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in advertising, programmatic media, or related fields on the publisher, agency, or brand side.
  • Experience in digital, video or CTV advertising is highly desirable.
  • Openness to individuals new to product marketing, provided they possess relevant transferable experience.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required, with familiarity in tools like ChatGPT or Agentspace being a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A self-starter mentality, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deadline- and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Informed on current digital advertising and media trends.

The posted compensation range is based on experience and location; candidates in higher-cost markets may be eligible for compensation at the upper end of the range.

Pay Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
