We are seeking a highly motivated Exchange Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our DSP (Demand-Side Platform) clients on our SSP (Supply-Side Platform). This role is critical for fostering strong client relationships, leading DSP integration and onboarding, uncovering and troubleshooting issues, and identifying strategic opportunities to grow partnerships within the dynamic AdTech landscape.

What you will do:

• Work across teams to lead onboarding, activation, optimization and support of DSP clients
• Provide high level of customer service to our clients and internal with effective communication, timely responses to requests, and proactive resolutions to potential issues
• Monitor day-to-day activity and revenue trends on the exchange on a macro and micro level
• Ensure maximum revenue potential is being delivered for all key accounts through strategic account planning, optimization, troubleshooting, as well as identifying new upsell opportunities
• Preparing and presenting internal and client-facing reports and QBRs
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products as well as the greater digital advertising ecosystem

• 2+ years of experience in programmatic
• Familiarity with oRTB protocol
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in leveraging large data sets to drive informed business decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate the big picture and drill down to supporting details
• Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines based on strategic value
• Ability to collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Xlookups, conditional logic) as well as Microsoft PowerPoint
