We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Project Manager to join our growing PMO. You’ll work closely with the Director of PMO to deliver high-impact projects across IT, Finance, Legal, and other business functions—balancing structure, communication, and flexibility to drive meaningful results. This role is ideal for someone who can connect the dots between strategy and execution, keep teams aligned, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear value.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery
• Partner with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to define project scope, timelines, and success criteria
• Build and maintain project artifacts—project plans, timelines, risk logs, and executive updates
• Lead weekly standups, stakeholder syncs, and milestone reviews to drive clarity and accountability
• Track and report on project health, escalating risks and blockers with context and options
• Support budget tracking and vendor management in collaboration with Finance and Legal
• Ensure that project delivery aligns with PMO governance and integrates with agile teams when needed
• Contribute to PMO process improvement, tooling, and best practices
• 3–6 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a cross-functional corporate setting
• Proven success leading projects involving IT systems, infrastructure, finance/legal process improvements, or business operations
• Experience with cloud migration projects, particularly Google Cloud (GCP) or AWS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—comfortable presenting to stakeholders across levels
• Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, PowerBI)
• Ability to manage ambiguity, work independently, and drive progress in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive-a problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineering teams, and vendors a plus
Nice to Have:
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification
• Experience working in or alongside a PMO or EPMO
• Familiarity with hybrid delivery models (Agile + traditional PM)
