Cadent powers the evolution of TV brand advertising. We provide marketers, agencies, operators, and media owners with data-driven solutions for buying and selling TV advertising. By connecting brands with opportunities across national inventory sources-cable, broadcast, and digital media-our technology improves efficiencies and boosts the results of linear, addressable, and cross-screen campaigns. 

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Scrum Master to join our AMO Team. You'll manage and direct medium to large projects, ensuring the delivery of quality solutions that meet stakeholder needs and align with business objectives.

  • Excellent at communicating technical and managerial information clearly and concisely.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and adjusting priorities based on workload and customer demands.
  • Proactive and driven to move projects forward.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating events and driving continuous improvement without assigning or dictating work.
  • Participate in key discussions during Scrum of Scrums, focusing on dependencies, risks, and transparency.
  • Empower teams to proactively resolve impediments.
  • Engage with the Agile community to enhance knowledge and bring innovative improvement ideas
  • Coach team members at all levels and facilitate Agile workshops.
  • Promote empirical processes within teams and the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Agile development techniques like TDD, CI/CD, automated testing, estimation, and user story creation.
  • Knowledge of other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP, LeSS, and SAFe.
  • Highly proficient in Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to dive into product details and understand the business domain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Scrum certification preferred (PSM, CSM, or higher).
  • 3+ years in an Agile software development environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with LucidChart and remote retrospective tools is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience with product strategies like user story mapping, outcome mapping, roadmap creation, and product discovery.
