Right now we are looking for an exceptional Media Assistant to join our Broadcast Buying Team. This is an entry level position for a candidate looking to explore the advertising landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborative approach to work within a team environment
  • Possess fundamental negotiation and time management skills
  • Great with the details coupled with organization skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt and adjust direction to meet objectives
  • Able to work independently and execute effectively

Media schedule data management - 80%

 

  • Communicate effectively across media outlets and with sales representatives
  • Request and review post-logs from media vendors
  • Gather ad rates, send schedules to media outlets
  • Confirm media schedules
  • Update weekly media spend/delivery trackers
  • Work across internal teams to ensure best results for Cadent and clients
  • Manage traffic needs

Clerical - 20%

  • Check invoices and resolve media billing discrepancies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong communication, presentation
  • Must be an analytical thinker with proficient math and research skills
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Pay Range

USD $50,000.00 - USD $55,000.00 /Yr.
