Right now, we are looking for a Publisher Development Manager. The Publisher Development Manager is the main point of contact for and represents Cadent ApertureMX (AMX) to our publisher partners who are accessing AMX’s technology and marketplace. The Publisher Development Manager will have a portfolio of accounts and be responsible for those relationships, revenue, and growth of the partnership. They own the process of setting up accounts, launching them with the publisher, and providing ongoing support as well as finding opportunities to expand the account relationship. This role requires a blend of analysis and critical thinking to review accounts and reporting to increase performance for the publishers, while also providing excellent communication and white-glove customer service. As part of the Publisher Development Manager team, this person will work closely with other groups within AMX, including Product, Exchange Operations, Publisher Partnerships/Sales, Marketing, and our demand-side teams, and gain a greater perspective and understanding of AMX’s tech and offerings, as well as the wider digital ad tech industry. The Publisher Development Manager should be excellent at communicating via email and on calls, and excited about helping content creators and publishers of websites, apps, CTV channels, etc. grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors day to day performance and revenue trends across their portfolio.
  • Oversees and ensures accounts are set up properly and in compliance with industry standards
  • Liaisons and advocates for publishers with internal groups at AMX (ex: Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing)
  • Regularly communicates with and provides insights to publishers to help them increase performance for their accounts. This includes quarterly business reviews, initial performance reviews, insight emails, and regular calls.
  • Analyzes accounts and publishers’ content for opportunities to improve or expand each publisher’s account performance.
  • Provide top tier account services and support to our publisher community.

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
