We’re looking for several exceptional Strategy Interns to join our team for Summer 2025. Interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an exciting, fast-paced environment and evolve their knowledge of the media/advertising landscape.

Responsibilities

Strategy Interns will work alongside Strategy team leads, performing a variety of tasks essential to growing Cadent’s business. These may include:

  • Participation in RFP Brainstorms
  • Development of custom proposals
  • Data-entry support across widely-used platforms such as Salesforce + JIRA
  • Cross-Team Collaboration (with Sales, Client Services, Creative, Partnerships, + more)
  • Participation in Summer Intern group project to be presented to a panel of company executives at the end of the summer

Qualifications

Our ideal A-Players will be:

  • A rising junior/senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree at a college or university
  • Majoring in a field closely related to the department they are interning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communicators
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn from a rapidly growing company
  • Confident to take initiative and collaborate with teammates
  • Able to commit to a full-time (35-40 hours per week) work schedule between June 9, 2025 and August 15, 2025
