We are seeking a Manager, Programmatic Trading to play a consultative role with self-service clients on DSP capabilities, campaign management, programmatic trading strategies, and KPI optimization. This individual will be a subject-matter-expert on the platform , provide ongoing training & support, and act as a strategist to ensure clients successfully leverage the platform to drive optimal results in order to maximize retention and revenue growth for the business. Internally, this position will collaborate closely with Client Services, Product, Partnerships, and Sales to support campaign activations, troubleshooting, enhance the user experience through product feedback & process improvement, drive strategic feature adoption, and scale our rapidly growing self-service business.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Expertise & Client Enablement: Act as a subject matter expert on the platform by providing ongoing training and support to drive platform adoption, retention, and build trust among clients.
  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Provide high-level oversight of campaign execution, proactively recommending pacing, performance, and cost optimizations to drive success and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Best Practices: Analyze campaign performance to identify strategic opportunities for improvement, leveraging best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Advanced Programmatic Trading Support: Advise on trading strategies, machine learning model usage, and collaborate with Data Science to provide insights into client-specific modeling inquiries.
  • Feature Adoption & Revenue Growth: Promote key platform features and strategic capabilities to enhance client performance and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Product Collaboration & Innovation: Serve as a liaison between clients and the product team, consolidating user feedback to help shape future platform enhancements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with Client Services to build strong, lasting client relationships and high levels of retention.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with hands-on DSP campaign management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to drive campaign success and optimize programmatic strategies.
  • Strong understanding of RTB (real-time bidding) and digital media buying.
  • Experience working with or at advertising agencies or DSPs
  • Comfortable and communicating with clients, including on complex topics and difficult situations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, capable of aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building and improving business processes.

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
