We are looking for a DSP Onboarding Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the success of our self-service offering by guiding clients through the onboarding process, which includes initial campaign activations and training to ensure seamless adoption and position clients for long-term success. This individual will collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to bridge the pre- and post-sales experience, helping clients navigate our proprietary DSP to maximize their campaign performance and drive revenue growth. A successful onboarding manager will appreciate the mix of client facing meetings and detailed campaign analysis required of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in the DSP to support clients and internal teams, developing best practices and onboarding resources.
  • Client Engagement: Utilize platform expertise to translate complex programmatic, DSP, and technical concepts into digestible information which can be used develop user expertise, experience on the platform, and campaign results.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to educate late-stage prospective clients on how the platform’s capabilities can address their unique needs and guide the setup of initial campaigns, including platform walkthroughs and participation in sales calls.
  • Onboarding & Activation: Ensure new clients are supported to launch initial campaign, set up for success and trained on the DSP, while working closely with the Client Services and Operations teams to optimize workflows and support client ramp-up. Foster trust and build relationships through education, problem solving, and consultative support.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Identify client challenges and use subject-matter-expertise to generate creative and resourceful solutions for user challenges. Work alongside the Product team to develop scalable long-term solutions that enhance the user experience.
  • Training & Best Practices Development: Advise the Learning & Development team in creating training materials and advanced learning modules for campaign management and platform features.
  • Feature Adoption & Growth: Promote new platform features and ensure clients are leveraging the full potential of the DSP.
  • Client & Revenue Growth: Position clients for campaign success and provide service to convert clients evaluating the platform into long-term enterprise partners, scaling their spend through the platform.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably at an agency or ad-tech company with hands-on DSP campaign management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math/Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving in digital advertising, driving campaign success, and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of RTB (real-time bidding) and digital media buying.
  • Experience working with or at advertising agencies and/or at DSPs is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts into digestible insights.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, capable of aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for building an early-stage line of business and improving processes from the ground up.

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
