By connecting brands with opportunities across national inventory sources—cable, broadcast, and digital media—our technology improves efficiencies and boosts the results of linear, addressable, and cross-screen campaigns.

Cadent is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team! As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their business needs, identify inefficiencies, and further improve our Salesforce org.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, Salesforce CPQ, business processes, and a proven track record of translating business needs into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sale processes, billing processes and requirements gathering
  • Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of data within the Salesforce database
  • Serve as Tier 1 support for requests submitted within the team’s Incident Management System within JIRA
  • Capture meeting minutes during stakeholder meetings; gather requirements for new requests or process changes within the business
    • Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to align and review the scope of work for future sprints
  • Assist in QA testing efforts along with post-production testing, if needed
  • Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements through end user training and documentation

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations, business operations or project management - preferably at a technology company
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADMIN201)
  • Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus:

  • BA/BS degree in a technical or business-oriented field
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience with JIRA and applying the Agile methodology
  • Experience in Ad-Tech industry a plus

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
