Overview

The Account Manager owns the client-facing relationship post-sale and ensures superior client service through excellence in campaign management, relationship development, client retention and incremental sales. In addition to regular client communication, Account Managers interact across AdTheorent’s internal departments as well as the partner landscape on behalf of their clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain cross-channel advertising campaigns with an immediate focus on Linear & Broadcast
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts while owning the post-sales client conversations and responsibilities including flighting, plan revisions, reporting, billing, EDI, traffic issues and general questions related to the success of plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement
  • Prepare reporting presentations in conjunction with Analytics, Account Leads and Sales Managers
  • Actively upsell when performance and/or offerings align with customer’s business needs

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of media experience (preferably with exposure to TV)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication competency
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, making and meeting deadlines
  • Possesses strong competence in math (specifically media math), analytical, and solutions-based skills
  • Proficient in both Microsoft Power Point and Excel
  • Team player with positive attitude always looking to contribute to the team’s success and client needs
  • Self-starter who takes a proactive approach to his/her work and can also work independently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment

Pay Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
