As a Yield Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of programmatic campaigns utilizing our proprietary technology platform. The role involves a combination of data analysis, creative problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.

• Act as subject matter expert in programmatic advertising.
• Ongoing management of campaign performance and campaign delivery, while maintaining internal business goals.
• Proactively analyze data and implementation of optimization tactics to execute advertising campaigns based on client objectives.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to internal Client Services team.
• Monitor and analyze reporting on a regular basis to ensure optimal delivery and performance of campaigns.
• Coordinate with Data Science and other internal stakeholder teams to maintain and improve performance for campaigns.
• Ongoing contribution to the development of best practices for Yield team.

• 1 to 4 years experience in campaign management of digital media or at least 4 years of relevant professional work experience (e.g., Operations, Technology, Finance, Economics, Engineering, etc.).
• College degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business.
• Ability to bring organization and structure, while also being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Solution-oriented with the collaboration skills and the ability to be a team player
• Fluent in Excel with a willingness to learn SQL.

Compensation range: $70-80k base + bonus potential. We offer full health coverage, generous PTO, an award-winning office culture!

The base range provided is AdTheorent’s current assessment for this role. The confirmed salary will be commensurate with experience, education, skills, and other factors.
