We’re seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the employee experience. This position supports key HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, and intern program coordination, while partnering closely with internal teams to enhance communication and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee journey.
  • Drive an exceptional new hire experience by coordinating with stakeholders and managing logistics.
  • Serve as the first line of support for employee benefits inquiries and assist with benefit program administration.
  • Collaborate on intranet updates and internal communication efforts with the HR team and internal comms.
  • Assist with payroll processing and data entry.
  • Coordinate the intern program (orientation, scheduling/calendar management, etc.)
  • Maintain and leverage Excel to manage data and reporting needs effectively.
  • Support HRIS-related tasks; experience with HRIS is a strong plus.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel; ability to handle data and create reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Prior experience in HR functions and familiarity with HRIS systems (preferred).

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
