Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of analysts to maintain a comprehensive view of inventory access and utilization, focusing on yield management and margin optimization
  • Perform weekly audits of inventory clearance and use findings to develop and refresh rate and utilization strategies
  • Maintain a database of contacts across supply partners (ex. MVPDs, Satellite and Network) to ensure timely updating of rates and facilitation of day-to-day operational needs
  • Partner with team members across Media Services, Sales, Product & Finance to ensure the proper inventory supply is available and attainable to meet multiple business objectives (i.e. maximizing net revenue, campaign delivery, partner utilization, etc)
  • Oversee curation of weekly supplier updates and quarterly business reviews for peer and executive review
  • Provide pricing and inventory frameworks for live sports and geo-targeted ITV proposals and oversee execution workflow
  • Aid in the development and management of dashboards & reports (periodic & ad-hoc) to support quantitative analyses, data-driven decisioning & business overviews
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships to enable teamwork and communication across key stakeholders to support operational and technical execution amongst Cadent and its partners

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in general media operations and/or inventory and media partnership establishment and execution in TV, digital media or relevant industries
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion within required timeframes
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and communicate with various departments
  • Must be an analytical and strategic thinker
  • Capacity to adapt and adjust direction to meet objectives
  • Ability to identify work priorities and requirements to complete projects on time
  • Must function effectively in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can communicate the results of your work clearly to your audience

Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working with BI tools and large data sets

Pay Range

USD $130,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
