Aperture, our converged TV platform, simplifies cross-screen advertising through a streamlined workflow that brings together identity, data, and inventory with hundreds of integrated partners.

 

The Cadent Product team is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for our Identity and Data products. As a product leader, you will contribute to a cycle of rapid growth and expansion of the Aperture platform. Leveraging data driven decision-making, your in-depth knowledge of product development and the programmatic ad tech ecosystem, you will manage feature development from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and client-facing teams who are all working to redefine the advanced advertising market in the US and abroad, working alongside some of the brightest and best people in the industry. 

Responsibilities

What you will do 

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for Cadent’s identity products, ensuring it reflects market trends, customer needs and business priorities
  • Ensure transparency and alignment on product priorities and milestones
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement within the product organization
  • Collaborate with key functional stakeholders (including operations, sales, marketing, client services, support, engineering, and finance) to establish product plans, pricing frameworks, business cases and go-to-market plans for platform solutions 
  • Manage the end-user communication, education, training and adoption process of new features
  • Champion ongoing competitive, market, and user research to ensure product decisions are based on sound use of both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Support sales and other customer-facing teams in high-value meetings with prospects and customers
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and implement processes to ensure compliance 

Qualifications

About you 

  • You are a collaborative and proactive partner with experience working closely with engineering, product, data science, operations, business development, and client success teams to deliver value to customers. 
  • You are a great listener, communicator, and problem-solver. 
  • You love working with data to discover patterns, document trends, and find insights that lead to better products.
  • You have a background in identity and audience data platforms; ideally you’ve been hands on in either the development of a graph or a “graph of graphs” product
  • You have working knowledge of programmatic advertising: how real-time bidding, SSPs and DSPs work
  • You enjoy working with people across teams to ensure understanding of how identity and data collaboration products service marketers today, and how they are shaping the advertising landscape
  • You have in-depth knowledge of data and workflows in support of targeting, activation,  and measurement
  • You are interested in the industry and enjoy exchanging ideas on the future of ad tech, what’s on the horizon for consumer privacy and like staying informed on new innovations in the world of ad tech. 

 

Your skills and background 

  • 5+ years of technical or product experience, specifically with identity and audience platforms (experience with identity graphs preferred)
  • Experience with data architecture and design
  • Experience with attribution and measurement
  • Experience with cloud computing / clean room environments
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional environments across data science, data engineering, partner development, and go-to-market teams
  • Proven success in independently leading & managing projects, meeting deadlines and delivering business value through new product development
  • Ability to establish relationships with all levels inside and outside of the company
  • Ability to solve complex, technical problems with creative solutions while managing tradeoffs
  • Skilled at communicating across teams and in different contexts, including with clients and partners
  • Relevant prior experience in ad agency, online advertising, or marketing technology, ideally in programmatic advertising
  • Bachelor’s degree 

Pay Range

USD $200,000.00 - USD $225,000.00 /Yr.
